Before players can experience content added in Cult of the Lamb’s Sins of the Flesh update, they must first have defeated three Bishops of Old Faith. Afterward, simply perform a Sermon, a Doctrine, or Ritual, and the update’s content will be unlocked. Sins of the Flesh introduces the new "Sin" system along with a plethora of new content, including new unlockable buildings, outfits, and more.

The Drinkhouse is a new building added in Sins of the Flesh that serves as a relaxation hub for followers. This building offers a variety of beverages, ranging from delightful new drinks to a peculiar brew made from poop. Excessive drinking can cause followers to enter a Befuddled state, becoming disruptive and breaking out in fights with other followers. In order to obtain the Drinktender Vest follower outfit, the player will need to mix some spirits to raise some spirits in Cult of the Lamb: Sins of the Flesh.

How to Build the Drinkhouse

  • 1 Hops - Obtained from dungeons inside a special room of their own.
  • 15 Wooden Planks - Crafted by followers from Lumber at the Refinery.
