The Stag Lord is a surprisingly tough three-phase boss that you can encounter fairly early on in Crimson Desert through the "House Serkis" Faction Quests in Hernand, with "The Broken Trail". This quest leads you to the Icemoor Castle Ruins, but the boss fight isn't the end.
With the Icemoor Castle ruins now liberated, you're going to want to explore for three secret treasures. Players can find the Tommaso Guard's Dagger-Tipped Spear, Sydmon Spear, Leather Cloak of the Fallen Kingdom, and Fallen Kingdom's Rapier, and we've got the locations and stats listed below.
How to Get the Full Fallen Kingdom Armor Set in Crimson Desert
We've found and listed the location of every piece of the Fallen Kingdom Armor for you to collect, along with the stats for you to check out.
We also thought it would be useful to show you the Fast Travel Abyss Nexus location at the Icemoor Castle Ruins, which you can find below.

- Head to the center of the Icemoor Castle Ruins where you fought the Stag Lord.
- Behind the Stag Lord's throne to the north, you can venture up the stairs and then take a right across the bridge.
- Follow the path until you reach a dead end, where the only thing you're facing is a wall with a hole at the bottom.
- Approach the hole and crouch, where you can then break through the wooden boards with Force Palm (R3).
- Inside the hole, you can find a Treasure Chest containing the Leather Cloak of the Fallen Kingdom.
Treasure #4 - Fallen Kingdom's Rapier

- In the same room where you found the Treasure Chest containing the Leather Cloak of the Fallen Kingdom, you can find the Fallen Kingdom's Rapier.
- This weapon is behind the Treasure Chest, leaning on the barrel on the left.
- If you cannot find the Fallen Kingdom's Rapier, then it's likely that it's fallen over, so run around the room and look for the thin and pointy sword.
- This weapon can only be used by Damiane, so if you don't intend on using this playable character, it might be worth skipping.
