All Strongbox Puzzle Solutions And Locations In Crimson Desert

Strongbox is a type of puzzle found in Crimson Desert. They show up as a white chest on the mini-map and can sometimes be hard to locate. There are many strongboxes you will encounter while exploring. Some will ask to rearrange pictures, while others ask to replicate a tune. Once players have successfully unlocked a strongbox, they will need to equip the mask to steal their reward.

Bluemont Manor Strongbox Puzzles

Bluemont Manor Strongbox Puzzle #1

Head inside Bluemont Manor, located southwest of Hernand City, and go to the second floor and approach the strongbox puzzle. You need to press the buttons in the following order to rotate the sections and complete the picture:

• 2-2-2-4-3-3-3-3-2-1-1-1-1

You will get the Oath of Darkness Earring.

Bluemont Manor Strongbox Puzzle #2

Go out of this building to enter the other Bluemont Manor building located south. You can jump from the balcony and enter the room to immediately find the strongbox puzzle in Crimson Desert. All five cylinders must be aligned in the middle. You can check your progress by pressing the button to the side.

• Turn the 3rd Wheel 4 times
• Turn the 4th Wheel 3 times
• Turn the 5th Wheel 5 times

Hillside Manor Strongbox Puzzle

The Hillside Manor is found on the eastern side of Hernand City. Upon reaching the entrance, climb the wall to the left and open the upper window on the corner to enter the room with a strongbox puzzle. Turn the wheels to align the cylinders:

• Turn the 1st Wheel 2 times
• Turn the 2nd Wheel 3 times
• Turn the 3rd Wheel 4 times
• Turn the 4th Wheel 5 times
• Turn the 5th Wheel 5 times

Grab the Saint's Necklace from inside the box.

Lioncrest Manor Strongbox Puzzle

Climb the hills northwest of Hernand City to reach Lioncrest Manor. You can climb the wall and open the window on the second floor to enter the room, or enter through the main door if you have access. Players need to rotate the squares to complete the picture and unlock the strongbox. You will get the Engraved Gold Earring.

Hernand Castle Strongbox Puzzle

Go to Hernand Castle and go through the archway to the right. Climb the stairs to reach the bottom floor of the tower. Go up the wooden stairs to the top and open the door. This door requires a normal key, so keep that in mind.

To solve this strongbox puzzle, you need to listen to the tune and replicate it by pushing the buttons. Press the buttons in the following order to open it and get the Engraved Gold Earring:

Arboria Castle Strongbox Puzzle

Travel to the Hills of no Return and enter the Arboria Castle. Enter the abandoned room and approach the strongbox. To solve the puzzle in Crimson Desert and get the Equipment Manual, align all cylinders by rotating the wheels:

• Turn the 2nd Wheel 4 times
• Turn the 3rd Wheel 5 times
• Turn the 4th Wheel 4 times
• Turn the 5th Wheel 2 times

Mudridge Cabin Strongbox Puzzle

The Mudridge Cabin is located south of Unicorn Cliff in Pororin Forest near the Unreachable Village. The cabin is surrounded by mud that hinders movements and slowly decreases HP. Liberate the area first by defeating the enemies and then go to the second floor. Move the squares around to complete the picture and solve the strongbox.

Reventine Monastery Strongbox Puzzle

Go to the Reventine Monastery found southeast of the Hills of no Return, east of the D in Demeniss. Enter the building until you reach the round courtyard with a lot of doors. Go through the eastern door and approach the library to the right. Push it to find a secret room with a strongbox puzzle. Move the squares to complete the pictures:

Western Court Strongbox Puzzle

Travel to the Western Court located above the M in Demeniss. You might need to liberate the area by defeating the enemies as well as the Half Moon Reaper there. Players can also try to sneak inside. Go under the curtain next to the stairs on the first floor to find the basement ladder. Head down and rearrange the squares by moving them around:

Head to Sungrove Manor near M in Demeniss and go to the second floor to enter the room at the end of the corridor. You can solve the strongbox puzzle by rotating each individual square to complete the picture. This puzzle can be solved during the Whispering Shadows main quest or later on through exploration. The Sungrove Manor Key is rewarded from the puzzle.

Azerian Manor Strongbox Puzzle

The Azerian Manor is extremely close to Sungrove Manor and can be found under the M in Demeniss. Enter the building and head to the second floor where there's a fake wall. Push it to enter a hidden room containing the strongbox puzzle. Push the buttons in a certain order to rotate the sections and complete the picture:

• 1-1-2-2-2-3-3-3

Players may enter the manor while exploring to solve the puzzle, and it's also possible to do it during the Blazing Fire main quest. You will get the Ancient Earring as a reward.

Southern Court Strongbox Puzzle

Similar to the Western Court, the Southern Court also needs to be liberated by taking care of the enemies and defeating the New Moon Reaper boss. Next, enter the building through the front door or by sneaking, then head to the second floor. Enter the blue room and solve the puzzle by pressing the following button to complete the pictures:

The Stellen Manor is located northeast of Drakesfall Gorge. The first puzzle is located at the top of the tower. Climb the walls and enter through the window to find the puzzle. Align the cylinders by turning the wheels:

• Turn the 2nd Wheel 5 times
• Turn the 3rd Wheel 5 times
• Turn the 4th Wheel 4 times
• Turn the 5th Wheel 3 times

Get the Finely Crafted Gold Ring as a reward.

Stellen Manor Strongbox Puzzle #2

The second Stellen Manor puzzle is a musical strongbox. Climb to the second floor of the manor, normally or through the window, and enter the dining room. Press the buttons in the following order to replicate the tune and obtain the Stellen Manor Closet Key:

• 4-6-7-5-4-6-7

Follow the blood to one of the rooms on the second floor and use the key to open the closet. This is the first step to getting the Acria Sword.
