After helping rescue the lady from the sewers in Hernand, the Action Speaks Louder Than Words quest is triggered. You can open the map to see a mark where you're supposed to go. Follow the quest mark to arrive at Muckroot Ranch. Players will know they have arrived at the correct location when they see a house surrounded by smoke and a man rolling from the roof to the ground.
