Timekeeper Cookie’s attack increases when you equip more cooldown toppings, so comparatively, a full cooldown build is the best choice for both PvE and Arena battles. We’ve also found it to be great for Arcade Arena fights. However, if you want to use her for her tankiness, then an attack build should also be good.

Timekeeper Cookie's Skills and Abilities in Cookie Run Kingdom

This cookie uses Light elemental damage from the middle of the arena, and her type is Magic. Her skills mainly focus on offense, whether it’s Timeline Expansion or Dial Lock. During battle, she can also gain Entropy stacks until the chaotic event occurs, activating Stabilization Mode, where enemies take more damage, friends deal increased damage, and Timekeeper herself becomes immune to debuffs.
