The Stuffed Elephant Relic in Black Ops 7 Zombies is exclusive to Totenreich, and when equipped, you will see your Health regen delayed even further, marking Quick Revive as an even more essential perk. However, obtaining the Stuffed Elephant itself means you can't use perks in the first place.
Below, we'll share the unlock requirements for the Stuffed Elephant Relic, along with tips that made the fight to round 40 a breeze, even if it might not feel like it. We also have a map and locations of the Mr. Peeks eggs that you need to find for the trial!
You need to be on Tier 1+ Cursed Mode. You cannot use any perks from round 1 to round 40. When we say no perks, we mean NO PERKS from any source. No GobbleGums, no T.E.D.D. Trials, no Machines, no Power-Ups, literally nothing that gives you a perk.
How to Get the Stuffed Elephant Relic in Totenreich
The Stuffed Elephant Relic unlocks once you go 40 Rounds without having a single Perk-a-Cola. This means that you'll need to spawn into Totenreich on Round 1, and consume no Perks until Round 40 at the earliest. Once you reach Round 40 with zero Perks, you can find the Stuffed Elephant Relic Trial portal behind Jugger-Nog on Fishery Island.
We have two methods for obtaining the Stuffed Elephant Relic, as reaching Round 40 without Perks isn't going to be easy. To start, you should purchase the Echo 12 Shotgun Wallbuy from Eidskallen Landing. This is a great Essence-farming weapon that will allow you to purchase Armor and Pack-a-Punch (both of which are allowed for the Relic).
Use your points to get Golden Armor (Tier 4 Armor) so that you can mitigate damage dealt, since you're not going to have Jugger-Nog and Quick Revive to help you. We also recommend holding onto your 1911, but don't Pack-a-Punch it yet, as without PhD Flopper, firing it will be more deadly for you than it is for the zombies.
Your goal should be to use the Echo 12 to deal damage to zombies and point-farm, because when Round 40 hits and you hear Mr. Peeks laugh, head to the Der Wunderfizz machine on Beacon Island and purchase all Perk-a-Colas.
In the meantime, let's focus on actually making it to Round 40, to which we have two methods:
- Grab the Jotunn Star Wonder Weapon and head to the second floor of the Lighthouse. Here, you'll want to use the Toxic Growth Field Upgrade with the Urticant Major Augment, and the Extra Charge and Ankle Shredder Minor Augments. Place down Toxic Growth and swing-spam the Jotunn Star to clear rounds with ease.
- In the south area of Beacon Island, you can find a Flammenfalle trap. Every 60 seconds, you can deploy the Flammenfalle from the panel on the wall, and sit in the corner to watch all zombies instantly die as they touch it, but Necropincers will still need your attention.
Don't worry about getting downed, as you can purchase Self-Revive Kits from the Crafting Table! We recommend Disciple Injections as a quick way out of trouble, and the Kneehigh Helm so you can be temporarily invincible.

Once you've managed to reach Round 40, we recommend switching your Field Upgrade to Aether Shroud, as it will become useful in the trial. We also recommend you immediately grab your Perks, but if you can only have four, focus on: Jugger-Nog, Quick Revive, Stamin-Up, and PhD Flopper.
If you're ready for the trial, head to the red hut behind Jugger-Nog on Fishery Island, and bring your Pack-a-Punched weapons (like Mustang & Sally) as you're going to have to fight 4 HVTs, which we'll explain more in-depth below.
The Stuffed Elephant Trial gives you 3 minutes to find a Mr. Peeks egg around the map, which, when shot, spawns an HVT. If you kill the HVT, you add 3 more minutes to your timer. Below, we'll share how we managed to beat the Trial.
How to Complete the Stuffed Elephant Trial in Totenreich
We entered the trial with all Perks, Tier 3 Pack-a-Punch Mustang & Sally, the War Machine Scorestreak, Aether Shroud, and LT53-Kazimirs. We didn't use anything else during the Trial, as your objective is to locate Mr. Peeks' eggs, destroy them, and then kill the HVTs. There are no zombie waves like other trials.
When you spawn into the trial, you will have three minutes to locate an egg and destroy it. Upon doing so, an HVT will spawn, and you can kill it to get an additional three minutes. Each egg has a set spawn (which you can find on the map above).
We started on Fishery Island and took the zipline to Skallen Market. The white house in the east, closest to the Stave Church, has a Mr. Peeks egg on the windowsill. Your first egg will spawn a Necropincer HVT.
After dealing with the HVT, we ran to the Storm Bridge from Tyr's Shoulder. Opposite the Ammo Crate, on Tyr's knee, you can find your second Mr. Peeks egg. Your second egg will spawn a Doppelghast HVT.
We then ran through the Core Foundry to the Dry Dock, where, in the building closest to Melee Macchiato, where you can find the Mystery Box spawn, you will have a third Mr. Peeks egg. This one is located in the south corner on a steel beam. Your third egg will spawn an Amalgam HVT.
Our final spot took us to Beacon Island, which we reached through Eidskallen Landing's zipline. The final Mr. Peeks egg is located on the southwest railing of the lighthouse, when facing it from the south flak gun. Your fourth and final egg will spawn a Zursa Bear HVT.
Killing each HVT is a breeze if you use Mustang & Sally with the War Machine Scorestreak. Every HVT will die in just one or two blasts of the War Machine, but it's always safe to use Aether Shroud and Kazimirs so you can ignore zombies.
Final Thoughts on the Stuffed Elephant Relic (What Does it Do and Is It Worth It?)
The Stuffed Elephant is not a good Relic to run for high rounds, as it nerfs Health Regen. This means that if you run the Stuffed Elephant and get hit, your health will regenerate far slower than normal, even with Quick Revive equipped, and the only counter is a Stim Shot.
Health Regen is essential for high rounds, as zombies can hit hard and fast, so outhealing their sprint speed is a must if you want to survive. We wouldn't recommend the Stuffed Elephant, but if you want to stay on edge for the majority of your playthrough, then go right ahead and accept the challenge.
