Kowakujo has a Gacha Machine you can unlock by letting a fissure spawn at the Kitchens (by Double Tap Root Beer) and then overhealing with a cherry blossom tree. Below, we'll share each step of the Gacha Machine side easter egg on Kowakujo, and the effects that each charm has, so you know what they do and how to best utilize them for reaching high rounds.
How to Spawn the Gacha Machine in Kowakujo
You will first need to wait for a fissure to spawn in the Kitchens. These are the lava cracks that open up randomly and cause an area of the map to be shrouded in ash, which damages you over time if you enter it. Once there's a fissure, you need to locate a cherry blossom tree, which can be found at these locations:
- Tenshu Entrance
- Training Area
- Staging Area
When you find a cherry blossom tree, melee it three times, and it will begin to glow. Your health will now overcharge the longer you spend in the tree, so grab as much extra health as possible (preferably 300 HP).
With your health overcharged and a fissure in the Kitchens, there will now be a Gacha Machine in the east corner of the Kitchens. You can now melee the Gacha Machine, and a golden orb will drop. Your goal is to follow the golden orb across 9 spawns.
If you lose your overcharged heatlh, the orb will despawn, so make sure you have enough overcharge before trying this step.
Once you've collected all 9 golden orbs, you can return to the Gacha Machine and interact with it. This will then drop a Charm for you to pick up, which will be placed on your weapon. You can now purchase a randomized Charm for 500 Essence every Round.

There are 5 charms that you can get from the Gacha Machine, but their effects are currently unknown. However, there has been some testing with the Charms, but the effects might not be completely discovered just yet. Regardless, here's what you can get and what we think they do:

Picking up a Charm will remove the Pack-a-Punch upgrade from your equipped gun. We expect this is an unintentional bug, so make sure you re-Pack-a-Punch the gun!
