The Beachcombing event is a minor map condition exclusive to the Riven Tides map in ARC Raiders. The event essentially allows players to unearth buried valuables from the sandy shores of the map. These valuables can be anywhere from crafting resources to legendary boat model trinkets that sell for a high price in Speranza.
Players can only participate in this event if they have a handy dandy Dockmaster's Detector on their person.
Here are all the conditions that are active during the Beachcombing event in ARC Raiders.
- Buried Valuables can be found in the Riven Tides beach area.
- High chance to find Dockmaster's Detectors in containers.

Here are some of the ways you can get the Dockmaster's Detector in ARC Raiders.
- You'll be given a Dockmaster's Detector after accepting the Shoring Up Defenses quest from Apollo.

How to Use the Dockmaster's Detector in ARC Raiders
To use the Dockmaster Detector during the Beachcombing event in ARC Raiders, you'll need to first head to the beach area in the northern part of the Riven Tides map.
Once you arrive at the location, the detector will essentially guide you to the location of buried treasure with the frequency of its beeps. After equipping the utility tool, you'll be able to hone in on the treasure's location by the following indicators.
- No Response: You're nowhere near any treasure. Relocate to another area of the beach and try again.
- Orange Beeps: You're in the vicinity of a buried treasure. Try to move in a direction where the frequency of the beeps increases.
- Orange & Green Beeps: You're getting really close to the buried treasure. Try to make precise movements to close in on the treasure.
- Static Green Beep: You're on top of a buried treasure. All you need to do now is simply dig it up and hope it isn't a mine or a tick ready to pounce on you.
