LEGO Batman Legacy - All Cauldron South Cluemaster Puzzle Solutions

The Cauldron South district in LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight contains six Cluemaster Puzzles spread throughout the area, each requiring different gadgets, character abilities, and puzzle-solving mechanics. One of these is also a special Puzzle Room, which only becomes available after completing a specific number of Cluemaster Puzzles and other Puzzle Rooms across Gotham.

All Cauldron South Cluemaster Puzzles Solution

Weighing Up

Grab the “15” weight next to the cage and place it in the right slot.
Turn around and look to the right to find a “50” weight. Place it in the right slot as well.
Grab the second “15” weight from the left side and place it in the left slot.
You can find the “30” weight outside the building. Place it in the middle slot.
Use Batman’s hook to pull open the container door and grab the “90” weight inside. Place it in the left slot.

Run VT

You need Robin unlocked for this puzzle.
Break all the boxes and build the machine.
Grab the battery on the left and place it inside the machine.
Turn the wheel to the left to align the music notes.
Switch to Robin and insert his weapon to enlarge the music notes so they fit the shapes and open the cage.

What's Behind Door #1

Break the box and assemble the lever to reveal the switches.
You must match the correct doors without making a mistake.
The correct solution is:
- Bottom Right
- Middle Left
- Top Left
- Top Right
- Bottom Left
- Middle Right

Canned Laughter

You need Nightwing unlocked for this puzzle.
Break the boxes in front of you and build the machine.
Turn the wheel so one tether point faces the cage and the second faces the back.
Head to the roof of the building ahead and begin charging the machine using Nightwing.
Trace a line from this machine to the one beside the cage.
Return and trace another line to lower the cage and complete the puzzle.

Marketing Cycle

For this puzzle, the boards above the cage must display the “Think, Thank, Thunk” advertisement.
First, use Batman’s hook on the right display board.
Switch to Jim Gordon and use his gadget to stop the right display when the correct advert appears.
After this, use Gordon’s second gadget to start the cogs turning on the left side.
When the correct advert appears, use the launcher to stop the cog.
Wait for the middle display to rotate into place automatically to open the cage.

Come on Down!

Head to the puzzle on the left and destroy the nearby objects to reveal four directional boards.
- The solution for this puzzle is “ENEEEN”.
- You will initially be missing one “E” and one “N”.
- Go to the area in front of the target and place one “E” below the target.
- One “N” is already present there.
- With both attached to the clamp, hit the target from behind twice to move it toward the puzzle and solve it.
- Grab the ID card reward and place it into the slot on the right.
For the second puzzle, the clamp can now move to the second puzzle area.
- Grab two “N” pieces and one “E”.
- Place them onto the clamp and hit the target twice to move them toward the puzzle.
- Place the “N” pieces into the first two slots and the “E” into the third slot.
- Hit the target again, then return and grab one “E” and one “S”.
- Bring them back and place the “E” into the fourth slot and the “S” into the final slot.
- The final solution should read “NNEES”.
