"A New Home" provides James Bond with a home where he can rest up between missions with fellow 00 Agents, Monroe and Cressida. However, being the third member means that he's the tie-breaker vote for who gets to put up their art in the living space.

You get the deciding choice between an abstract painting or the martial arts poster in 007 First Light, but what should you pick, and does the decision actually mean anything? The short answer is no, the choice doesn't matter, but we'll still showcase what both outcomes result in.

Should You Pick the Abstract Painting or Martial Arts Poster in 007 First Light?

After placing your bags down in your new room and heading to the kitchen, you can speak with Cressida to head out. However, you'll quickly have to choose between the abstract painting and martial arts poster:

Choice

Outcome

Abstract Painting

A/Square/X

Bond says he "likes the explosive and uncontrolled aesthetics. It's inspiring."

Monroe laments and puts the martial arts poster in his room, and Cressida respects Bond's taste in art.

Martial Arts Poster

D/Circle/B

Bond says "Do love a good negative space."

Cressida banters that Monroe can put his shoes in his room from now on, and the abstract painting is never seen again.

The decision you make for the abstract painting or martial arts poster does not matter at all. While you do return to your home for brief sections in one or two future missions, you'll never see or comment on the poster, which will be found in the kitchen.

Really, the choice is down to personal preference, or, whoever you prefer out of Cressida and Monroe, but again, the choice has no consequence and will never come up again.
